  I stopped in about a week ago when the store was having renovations being done. I had heard from several people about Unique and was bummed it was closed. However when I was able to go in, I was greeted by not only a comfortable feeling, but the customer service by the manager and other employee was very helpful and comforting. They took the time to engage me in conversation and listen to what I needed. I was able to try some flavors, and satisfied with my whole purchase. I won't lie I did go to 2 other shops in the area. One shop would not even acknowledge I was there to shop and the other, was told to go to Unique because they had what I needed. It says a lot when a competing shop, sends their potential customers to another place to do business. I had so many bonuses that day. A great set up, military discount, 60 day warranty! Not to mention the manager talked me into several flavors that she has mixes and let me just say Fish Tales and Sweet Watermelon is amazing together. I recommend this shop to everyone, and if you were ever unhappy ....give them another shot because it's worth it! Thanks again Unique for helping me go smoke free....now for almost 2 weeks.

  Shop Always clean and products look professional made and on top of that the big smile from the worker I been use this shop for over 3 y and still the same
