  This shop is horrible. My insurance company recommended these guys. They took over a month to repair a steering column and some other stuff wrong with the driver side of my car. The day I went to pick up my car a girl had just got fired she told take my car and have it checked out because the insurance company paid them to put new parts on there and they used some old parts. Well I had my car checked and what she said was true and not only that, they never fixed the stabilization on the car either. So I took it to Davidson they ran some test and told me exactly what part needed to be ordered. I told Rivercoach they said they would order it. It took them another month to get the part in. When they called I was on vacation so they told me to make an appointment to bring my car in when I got back. Everyone that works in this shop took vacation from March 29th til April 5th. They still have not replaced the part for my car and not only that they still haven't reopened the shop and its April 29th. If you want someone to promise to fix something and then they dont these guys are the ones you are looking for.
